Kian Shargh Iran Factory (Jouybar Profile & Pipe) is a pipe and profile factory, which was established in 2019. This factory with an area of more than 70,000 square meters and 6 production lines with an annual capacity of 270,000 tons per year, is located in the city of Jouybar and is engaged in the production of various types of pipes and profiles, including the collection of 85 different products.

Kian Shargh Iran Factory has been able to employ specialized personnel in various sectors in addition to providing a diverse product portfolio that is produced with the highest possible standards. Also, by fulfilling its obligations on time, it is proud to have obtained the national standard mark of Iran, ISO 9001.

Production Line

Kian Shargh factory production lines can produce pipes and profiles with a thickness of 1.5 to 4 mm with different dimensions. We produce products including gas pipe, industrial pipe, open profile, closed profile, French door frames, ordinary door frames, and profiles with special and customized dimensions and thicknesses from the best raw materials available in the market.

Gas Pipes

Among the ways used to transport gas, using tubular gas pipes is one of the popular solutions. This commodity is used in both industry and construction. There are different types of gas pipes based on the material, type of standard, and production method. As the first manufacturer of gas pipes (domestic and commercial applications) in the north of Iran, Kian Shargh Iran Factory received the license to use the ISIRI 3360 standard. Gas pipes are used in residential buildings, facilities, industrial, power plants, oil refineries, petrochemicals, etc.

Profiles

Profiles are one of the steel products that are widely used in industry and construction. Most of the profile production is made with steel and aluminum sheets. The appearance of profiles is generally produced in square and rectangular shapes, with different thicknesses of sheets and lengths of 6 and 12 meters. It can be mentioned that the construction industry, furniture making, railings, factory walls, etc are some of the applications of profiles. Kian Shargh Iran factory can produce profiles with steel sheets of 1.5 to 4 mm

Door and window frames and profiles

In addition to producing profiles with square and rectangular cross-sections, Kian Shargh Iran Factory also produces coiled profiles, shields, and doors. Generally, these profiles are tweaked with 2 mm sheets and are most used in the construction industry in the production of doors and windows.

Steel Pipes

One of the most widely used products in the industry is steel pipes. This product is used to transport or store other materials and liquids. According to the needs and demands of different industries, all types of steel pipe are produced while maintaining certain specifications and standards. According to the needs of different industries, sometimes it is necessary to cut steel pipes to the required length and be used. Kian Shargh Iran factory can produce several types of pipes by the standards of 2394 DIN Part 1, 3293 ISIRl, gas pipes for residential and commercial buildings according to the standard 3360ISIRI, and even the possibility of production in the form of galvanized according to the standard 2444 DIN10240/EN DIN.
